Big Mistake by cutting into the Support Beam


The ground below the foundation was not
compact enough to hold the columns.
Foundation depth was less then normal also.
Is that Grass????
Oooops thats MOSS the owner had too many trees
right close to the home, with dampness and shade
sure didn't have a chance to dry off the moisture
from any rain fall. Reapirs are needed quickly
All the water from the down spout is leading
into the basement. Every downspout should be
aimed away from the foundation minimum 2-3 feet
depending on the angle of the grade.
