With the only time off I had was on Friday early evening and you scheduled yourself to be here as you said you would be, even being 15 min early. With our remodeling plans, you made it easier for us to find all the areas that needed to be covered properly with insulation, and finding an electrical problem which we didn't even realize that it was even there. I was satisfied with the Thermal Imaging camera, and the blower door test that you used to help find where I was losing the most heat, and energy loss  in our home.
