improve the loss of energy in their homes can ask for a FHA -203 ( Streamline ) K-Financing program.
This program has nothing to do with your mortgage or funds towards your new home.

What is a 203 Streamline K financing ?
It is a Fedreal FHA loan provided for consumers who plan to use the funds for updating their
home for energy efficiency, and paid back within 15-30 loan. We will use only a few companies
here in Columbia to provide you what you need to get your home up to date with energy efficiency.

Can I use this loan for my personal use ?
NO.. The 203 streamline k is intended directly for the home upgrading services. Once your
home receives an energy audit survey with my company, all information is handed to you to
take to a Mortgage Company that provide you with this type of loan. Once the application
process is complete, a contractor will be notified to hand you an estimate on what it will cost to
have your home energy efficient. The survey that I supply you with will already have a national
cost estimate on what it will take to get your home where it should be.

How do I find a Contractor that will do the work ?
Missouri Energy Audit Services a division of Arrow Environmental Property Inspections,
has 3-4 contractors that will perform the repairs, safely and accordingly, as the survey
states. They will have a timely manner to have the jobs completed, and all work perfomed
must be signed off. Once the work has been completed, reinspection survey will be needed
to verifiy securment od the homes energy efficiency, and you the homeowners to start
saving money.

Are the Contractors that you reffer Licensed ?
YES In the State of Missouri, every home builder working in this State must carry a
License, bond, and Insurance to proceed with any work given to them. I will NEVER hire
any contractor that does NOT have a license, in this State. There are too many fraud contractors
out there that do not complete their work and walk off a job, leaving you with loss of money
and uncomplete work.

Who pays for the Survey ?
The Homeowner pays for the energy audit survey, and also the reinspection survey once the
work has been completed. A min charge of $65.00 for the reinspection survey will be filed with
the Mortgage Company that you have made the agreement with. which also the fee pays
for the data fee filed with the company. Cost $25.00 included

Recessed Light fixture in the Master Bdrm / smoke pen used to
Identify leakage areas. The home being pressurized, led the smoke directly
into the attic. 2 fixtures in the Masterbath same situation.
Cause: Lighting fixtures did not have a proper seal in the attic.

Settled crack , air leaking in the corner, windows need to have
recaulking done, to seal the air loss on both windows in the Dining Room
The smoke pen is at 0% boyencey. The smoke from the pen left through the crack
instantly.
