The Red Section just outside the area I provide services, and would be an
additional charge of $38.00 per county

The Yellow section is $0.88 per mile all miles, Starting from Columbia

Energy Auditing Inspection Cost: $225.00 plus the inspection cost. Without a Home Inspection an Energy Auditing Inspection will cost $395 up to 2,000 sqft . Add $25 to every 500 sqft, starting from $395 This offer is also good for Pre-List Inspection.
