Being in the construction business for many years, it is my pleasure to

assist the Real Estate Industry with the knowledge, and my experience
with the inspections part of the housing industry.

Starting May 10th 2008 Arrow Environmental Property Inspections newest services
will assist the housing industry by adding Energy Auditing, and Blower Door Testing.
These new services can help finding the main source of energy loss in your home. For this reason
we must check all four corners of the home, to find any holes that may slow the test process
down. I will take readings with the equipment, to show where the leaks come from, then take
a full report. To identify the leaks once they have been spotted I use a Thermal Imfrared Imaging
camera to how much air is leaking out of that certain location, I will also at the same time take a
Jpeg photo shot with the Thermal Camera for the report.

To speak with me or if you have any questions about this energy service,
please feel free to contact me at
573 424-8925

For more information about energy auditing, Thermal Imaging,
and Blower Door testing visit www.epa.gov or the Department of Energy.

It's time to fight back with the high cost of BILLS

If you need an Energy Audit service, I will still give you a great offer with my services.
For limited time, I will do an Energy Audit service for $395.00 . This will cover all
homes up to 2,000 sqft, any home above 2,001 sqft will need to add $25.00 to every 500 sqft
starting from $395.00  This will include the report and all photos taken for future repairs or
special financing to get your home energy efficient.  $300 with a home inspection   this includes all data fees, report, photo's, thermal photo's, blower door report, digital photo's, and satisfaction.

Do I need to have an energy audit before I purchase my home ?
This really depends on the buyer who is purchasing the home. If you think that the home seems
well enough to purchase and you won't have to worry about the high cost of Bills yet, I would
wait about 3 months before you call for an energy audit, full service or an Energy Audit full service.
Why 3 months? Good question.
This will give the homeowners a chance to see what the Utility Bills are going to be in the first 3
months, if you think they are abit to high and would like to find out what can be done to drop
the bills 25% or better a year, then yes call on my services.

I don't have enough money to spend since I just bought the Home, what do I do?
There is a Federal funding by FHA and it's called  (203)Streamline K Financing.  To find out more
about this FHA. Many Mortgage companies do not support the FHA Streamline K financing, but many do.
I will have a page made just for details on local Mortgage companies that offer this great fund
for homeowners. Please call me if you would like to know more what I can do for you, in getting
what you need to help lower the cost of your Utility bills.

Will I be able to keep spend the money any way I want when I do get it ?
NO  Once you receive a report of the survey that I have written, the Mortgage company will
approve only what the amount will be that is needed for repairs or replacements. All invoices
must be turned into the institution that the funds came from. The Contractor must keep all invoices,
receipts, and turn them into the system for every part they take into making your home energy
efficient. You may do the work yourself, but you have to prove to the loan company that you
are qualified to do the work of repairs and up to code. This is why I have State Licensed Contractors
who perform work, neatly, honestly and accordingly to the request.
