In completing 300 hours of field training, class studies, exams, reports. The course was a very detailed and well given course, by instructors who come from the background of Engineers, Commercial Inspectors, Home Inspectors, and Architects. All the course and studies are all up to date on what the inspection business is going through. New regulations (depending on the State you live in) and all areas of the (SOP) Standards of Practice, and (COE) The Code of Ethics that we all must follow in the field of as Inspectors.
I have graduated from (MOBI) My Own Business Inc. Small Business Educational Course
This course is all about, how to become a small business owner. Founder and CEO Phill Holland has spent countless hours in designing a path in which the proper procedure of walking in your business will be successful and benefit your business. From Leasing to bookkeeping, to finding the right location for the business you are about to open. Being a graduate has given me the ability to speak more open with my clients and to offer the professional services that they deserve. There are 14 different areas of this course that you must pass. All exams must complete with a 80% or better to graduate
I have been in the home and commercial construction business for 12 to 15 years.
A Framing crew foreman, Remodeling, Commercial buildings "Interior framing" steel stud, and wood framing, and Land housing development
As a home and commercial inspector, it is vidal to know what we are about to deal with when entering a jobsite for an inspection. By having education and experience in the construction industry gives me that knowledge to understand what to look for and where. As an inspector my duty is to locate and report. I also take digital photos for all my clients, for future repairs that may be needed.
